  • Your property will be listed for sale, marketed via mutually agreed methodology.
  • First 14-30 days on the market. In general terms, your best buyers will come along in the first 14-30 days. The reason for this is you have access to the greatest number of qualified buyers when you first launch your home into the market place. We discuss the strategies we put in place during this period, in order to actively achieve the best possible outcome for you.
  • We keep you informed every step of the way!
